Therapy is focused on emotional healing, processing the past, and supporting your mental health. As a LCSW in the state of Utah, I offer therapy services exclusively to Utah residents. These sessions are great for those navigating things like anxiety, burnout, trauma, identity shifts, or family dynamics, and are grounded in evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, EFT  and trauma-informed care.

Coaching, on the other hand, is available worldwide and is designed for clients who are looking for structure, strategy, and support in moving forward. It’s future-focused and helps you with things like mindset work, confidence, building habits, consistency, personal growth, and overall wellness goals.
